HubApp- billy: Export Customer Invoices App

New features

  • Billy Export Customer Invoices app is useful for exporting configured invoices from Billy account per customer 
  • User can connect to new Billy account and can see the connected account through this app
  • User can do export settings for delivering Invoice/Credit note in selected format to receiver through trading partner network
HubApp- Debitoor: Export Customer Invoices App

New features

  • Debitoor Export Customer Invoices app is useful for exporting configured invoices from Debitoor account per customer 
  • User can connect to new Debitoor account and can see the connected account through this app
  • User can do export settings for delivering Invoice/Credit note in selected format to receiver through trading partner network

  • Dinero Export Customer Invoices app is useful for exporting configured invoices from Dinero account per customer 
  • User can connect to new Dinero account and can see the connected account through this app
  • User can do export settings for delivering Invoice/Credit note in selected format to receiver through trading partner network
HubApps - Invoices --> To Customer

New features

  • Invoices --> To Customer app is useful for creating new invoices and convert it to in different format like HUBXML, OIOUBL, EHF
  • User can send invoice with selected format and in selected gateway
  • User can view invoice and edit and delete the invoice
  • User can make credit note from invoice after invoice has been sent successfully, and can send credit note
HubApps - Purchase Order -->To Supplier

New features

  • Purchase Order --> To Supplier app is useful for creating new orders and convert it to in different format like HUBXML, OIOUBL, EHF
  • User can send order with selected format and in selected gateway
  • User can view order and edit and delete the invoice
Ticket Templates

New features

  • iPaaS provides facility to HubBroker Admin to create new templates for ticket, and admin can edit and delete the template
  • Admin can give rights to other users according to ticket template, so other users can use that ticket templates
  • User can pick from template while creating new ticket, so all the details will be displayed according to template automatically
Notification for HubApps

New features

  • iPaaS provides facility to send positive and negative notification for HubApp success or failure
  • It will send notification mails based on some filtration settings defined in HubApps notification section
  • User can set invoice and application level notification settings and can set email settings
Customers transactions report

New features

  • HubBroker Admin can view total transactions of customer according to months and selected year
  • It will display all the transactions according to different document types
Transactions in/out time duration report

New features

  • Transactions in/out time duration report displays the time duration for each and every files while routing from source to destination
Lookup

New features

  • User can make new product lookup and can add different products
  • User can make new delivery location lookup and can add different delivery locations
HubApps Rights

Enhancements

  • If users have rights of at least one hub app then, catalogue page will be displayed to that user with all the hub apps, so if user clicks on any hub app in which he don’t have rights and install that app then user will get Hub Apps module access automatically
Tickets changes
Account changes
  • User can see connected HubApps details in e-conomic, Dinero, Billy, Debitoor, Open Cart Account
  • Account module rights are removed, so any user can use any accounts
  • User can connect to dinero account directly by giving account access key in popup
HubApp Economic changes
  • Changed routine id mechanism
  1. Take routine id from hubbroker network
  2.  If routine id is empty then take EAN No
  3.  If EAN No is empty then take CVR No
Analytics changes

Adaptor Transactions:

  • New filtration option ‘Select Customer’ is added in ‘Adaptors Transactions’, so that user can search data using customer
  • If user clicks on graph with any of the options like Transformation (Success), Transformation (Failed), Routine Transactions it will redirect to advance search page with selected filtered details

Transformations:

  • New filtration option ‘Select Customer’ is added in ‘Transformations’, so that user can search data using customer
  • If user clicks on graph with any of the options like Transformation (Success), Transformation (Failed), Total Transactions it will redirect to ‘Transformation History’ page with selected filtered details
Advance Search and File In/Out Report filter options
  • Document type is added in filter options to search data using document type
Adaptor Changes
  • In Adaptor source filtration settings, user can choose pattern to add "Unique Field" in filename and can give unique field so that file can be track using Unique Field throughout the system
HubApp Notification Changes
  • Added notification module in e-conomic HubApp to give positive and negative notification to registered email id
  • Implemented Notification Action Module for Notification in HubApp, If negative notification is sent and checkbox ‘Create support ticket’ is checked then mail will be sent to email id and if user clicks on‘Yes, please take action’ link and if user will send note to hubbroker team then it will consider the note as a post in the ticket and post will be send in the created ticket
BUG FIXES

Front End Design Bugs

  • Transformation changes: When user clicks on save & exit button then while edit all the details are coming properly and only hubbroker admin and user can change transformation mode of the transformation

Back End Design Bugs

  • Adaptor Transactions & Transformations Analytics: User is able to view all the history with proper data in Adaptor transactions & transformations when user clicks to view the history
