HubApp: e-conomic Batch invoices Processing

New Features

  • Implemented new HubApp to process invoices in batch into e-conomic

    Adaptor changes

    Enhancements

    • Execution mode and gateway changes
      • If adaptor is in testing mode then at least one destination gateway should be in testing
      • If adaptor is in production then at least one destination gateway should be in production
      • If any of the above condition is not satisfied then adaptor will be in Under configuration status and it will not be run automatically

    Onboarding subscription process improvement for HubApp

    New Features

    • When customer has activated new HubApp it will be in Trial stage, so different emails regarding subscription will be sent to customer
      • After 7 days of trial period: Email will be sent to customer to configure the HubApp if it is not configured properly, User guide link will be provided in this email so customer can easily configure the HubApp
      • After 25 days of trial  period: Email will be sent to customer to notify trial period will be expired in 5 days
      • After 30 days of trial period: Email will be sent to customer to continue the subscription for HubApp, and HubApp will be deactivated
