Issue in PDF 3.0 Configuration – A Configuration Field Removal restriction in user account causing a problem.

Fixed an issue when uploading a file via Smart Editor and checking the XML file, the scroll bar is missing.
Fixed an issue while a status changes only after double-clicking instead of single-clicking in Smart Editor.

- Provide the Individual points and documentation for discussion
- Finalize and prepare a final draft for the new features and change request for developers
- Enhance a message while clicking on revert button the popup appears with Replace instead of revert keyword on the button
