iPaaS 3.2 release note
- Added new type ‘Customers/Trading Partners Lookup’ in lookup to add private trading partners in iPaaS for all the users
- User can select any Customers/Trading Partners Lookup from Invoices --> To Customers and Purchase Orders --> To Suppliers HubApps and while creating new Invoice/ Order user can select any private trading partner
ENHANCEMENTS IN EXISTING FEATURES
- User can switch to another user’s account from any page in iPaaS, It is displayed in right side of heading panel
- Mapping Changes: Set default Transformation settings while creating new transformation every time and set by default settings when user creates new transformation
- Linked HubApp Dashboard with Main dashboard & Advance Search & File in/out report.
- Modified module name and reports as per the requirements and features.
- Invoices --> To Customers HubApp changes
- User can select customers/ trading partner lookup and while creating new Invoice user can select private trading partner
- If Invoices --> To Customers HubApp is inactive then user can’t create, send, copy, edit, delete the invoice and user can’t create credit note from invoice
- Purchase Order --> To Supplier HubApp changes
- User can select customers/ trading partner lookup and while creating new order user can select private trading partner
- If Purchase Order --> To Supplier HubApp is inactive then user can’t create, send, copy, edit, delete the purchase order
- Sharing & security new changes
- Sharing & Security new changes applied to all the modules like HubApps,Adaptors, Gateways, Accounts, Mappings and lookup
- When user has created any of the modules then other normal users will not be able to see the sharing & security section and Hubbroker adminand customer admin can see the section but will not be able to edit insharing & security and below note will be displayed:"You cannot change sharing & security settings as you are not owner of this hubapp.This hubapp is created by {@UserName}."
