Third party issuance agreement requirements

Third party issuance agreement requirements are VAT requirements for the supplier’s authorization to, and where applicable the acceptance thereof by, a third party such as its service provider to issue an invoice in the supplier’s name or on the supplier’s behalf under agreed powers, terms and conditions as expressed in a contractual agreement.
