Invoice


Invocie is a detailed summary of goods and services provided or rendered by a seller to a buyer. It is a demand for payment on specified terms, and often establishes a tax liability in respect of VAT or sales taxes. It is not usually a negotiable instrument but the proceeds of an invoice may be assignable from one party to another.
