Support ticket changes

Enhancements

  • Feature to send automatic reminder to customer when any ticket is in Awaiting Information for more than 6 days.
  • When any ticket is in Awaiting Information for more than 6 days, then it will automatically close the ticket on 7th day.

Services overview report

Enhancements

  • Feature to view total time spent in each ticket status like New, Open, In Progress, On Hold and Awaiting Information.
  • Feature to view ticket average response time

  • Feature to view execution mode in dashboard and advance search according to transactions whether it is in Production or testing
