HubApp- e-conomic: Export Customer Invoices App

New features

  • Economic Export Customer Invoices app is useful for exporting configured invoices from e-conomic account per customer 
  • User can connect to new e-conomic account and can see the connected account through this app
  • User can do export settings for delivering Invoice/Credit note in selected format to receiver through trading partner network
HubApp -e-conomic: Customer Invoice Reminder App

New features

  • Economic Customer Invoice reminder app is useful for handling regular invoice payment of different customers to supplier
  • Economic reminder app provides facility of sending reminder email to customer (It will send email to customer if invoice payment is not received within due date + days defined by the supplier for that customer) 
  • User of the application has possibilities to receive confirmation email before reminder is sent to customer. This will send confirmation email to supplier before reminder has sent to customer (Email will be sent to supplier/seller prior 1 or 2 days based on settings defined)
  • Supplier can set reminder settings per invoice due date if full payment is received, and can set 3 reminders in the interval of days
  • Supplier can activate or deactivate the reminder settings per needs and customer payment
HubApp - Opencart: Product Synchronization App

New features

  • Opencart: Product Synchronization App is useful for synchronize/export the products from the store from txt, excel, xml and csv format
  • User can add new Opencart account and source gateway and insert/update new data from different format and it will extract the data according to different fields like product, quantity, SKU, EAN, price and displays in app synchronized data

  • User can add/edit store details and download the bridge to connect HubBroker Services to his store by giving store URL
Alert Management (Admin Purpose)

New features

  • Notify alerts per below alert types:
  1.  New Customer Created 
  2.  When Ticket Created
  3.  When Adaptor Fails 
  4.  When Adaptor Transformation Fails 
  5.  When HubApp Fails
  6.  When New Others Transformation request
  7.  When New PDF2XML Production request 
  8.  When Ticket has new post from Hubbroker
  9.  When ticket has new post from Customer
  • Admin can set customer settings by giving email, body or mobile no and SMS content so that it will notify the alert when any of the above criteria occurs
  • Admin can manage (Add, Edit, Delete) customer settings with different settings
Sharing & Security

New features

  • We have introduced new feature of sharing & security in all the modules for which it is necessary and it restricts the sharing and uses of Adaptors, Gateways, Accounts, HubApps and adaptor transformation to different users
  • In sharing user, can share Adaptors, Gateways Accounts, HubApps and adaptor transformation with different options like:
  1.  Share to all the users
  2.  Share to specific user group (For HB Admin and Customer Admin) 
  3.  Share to specific users of my user group (For HB User and Customer User) 
  4.  Share to only me (Private)
  • In Security, user can lock Adaptors, Gateways Accounts, HubApps and adaptor transformation, so if it is locked and it is shared to other users then they will not be able to change or edit it and if it is not locked then every user can edit it
URL re-write or new URLs

  • It makes easy understanding of modules from URL display
  • For SEO, changes are required
New Adaptor Mechanism

New features

  • User can make adaptor with different transformation like PDF to EDI in single flow
  • User can configure settings to convert PDF file to convert into different types of xml files like BIS4, CSV, CXML, Edifact, EHF, Excel, FINVOICE
Yearly statistics report for all customers

  • It displays the yearly transactions related to different customers
Added Transformations in Analytics so it will display transformation overview according to transformation, Year and month

ENHANCEMENTS IN EXISTING FEATURES

  1. Design related changes
    1. Removed Dashboard and Settings from left menus and added in left side header
    2. For changing the language for application, language is displayed with national flag
  2. Module My Special Conversion is removed from Mappings menu and it is added to adaptor flow in transformation named ‘Others’, so user can do any special conversion according to needs by giving input and output format
  3. Removed PDF -> EDI transformations module from Analytics 
  4.  Removed menu PDF -> EDI, so user can do transformation of PDF -> EDI in adaptor transformation and if user wants to create new PDF template then he can create new transformation by selecting transformation type as PDF to XML and can upload input and output formats
  5.  Removed Support menu form left side and it is given in right corner
