Supplier Invoices To TDC

After registration, you will be redirected to the below screen which will appear to you firstly.

Supplier details are compulsory for further process. After filling all details of your company, click on the save button then you will be redirected to the below page.

The Supplier details can be edited from the edit button which is shown in the image. But the user can't edit customer details. It will be by default. The user can add the customer's contact details and delivery details as well. Delivery details are not compulsory.

After clicking the edit button of customer contact details the below popup will open from where the user can add the details of the customer's contact.

After clicking the edit button of Delivery location details the below popup will open from where the user can add the details of delivery location.

After filling all the party details, it will look like the below image.

After that, the user has to fill the invoice details (Invoice no, Invoice details, Due date, etc). The user can add some extra notes for the invoice as well.

The Invoice no, Invoice details, Due date, and Buyer/Customer Order No are compulsory for creating the invoice.

After filling all the header details, the user can add a line from here.

After clicking on this button, the below popup will open. The user can add product details for the invoice.

After adding the line, it will look like the below image.

The total amount will be calculated automatically according to the prices of all products and tax.

In order to get fast payment use below priority for payment,

1) Giro number

2) Domestic (Bank account no OR Bank branch code)

3) International (Swift code AND IBAN No)

The user can add a giro number in bank account no of the domestic payment method.

For the domestic payment, the user has to fill up bank account no (bank branch code is optional)

For the international payment, the user has to fill up both the details (Swift code AND IBAN No)

After filling up all the necessary details of the invoice, click on send invoice button and you will be redirected to the dashboard which will appear like,

In the dashboard, the user can also see the document in PDF format and transformed format(OIOUBL).

The PDF will look like the below image, from where we can create the credit note, copy the same invoice and print it.

The user can see the whole configuration of the HubInvoice adaptor which is shown in the below image.

You will be redirected to the page of All adaptors which will appear like,

The user can open the dashboard from here and edit the adaptor configuration.

Click on the edit icon for editing configuration of the adaptor.

From here the user can edit the general settings of the adaptor.

The user can see the supplier company and edit the notifications from the invoice settings.

The user can edit the email settings by clicking on the button which has shown in the above image.

After filling all the email ids, click on the "Save" button.

Click on the "Save & Exit" button and the user will be redirected to the All adaptors page.
