Onboarding HubApps
New Features
- When an HubApp is installed from onboarding link,
- If in customer account Reg No is not found, then ask for Reg No and Master routing id
- If Reg No is found, then ask for Master routing id if it is different than Reg No

- Feature to activate adaptors from Catalogue and easy configuration for users
- My Adaptors: Changed design to view configured adaptors based on source type and destination type
