HubApp: e-conomic Import Customer Orders

New features

  • Import incoming customer orders to e-conomic account. 
  • Customized settings to change import flow for different customers.
  • Unique dashboard to see all orders imported to e-conomic account.
Adaptor/Hub apps notification email and ticket changes

New features

  • e-mail address support@hubbroker.net is used to send all further positive and negative notifications fired through HubBroker iPaaS Platform
  • Customers can reply directly to positive notifications in order to raise an issue for the processed document.
  • Customers can reply to negative notification in order to add comments to the ticket created. Service will create a new ticket if the ticket was not created originally.

Front End Design Bugs

  • If extra characters are there in ticket post and in description then front-end design issue is solved
