Microsoft Dynamic 365 Finance and Operations
New Feature
- Enhanced a new feature to export order confirmation from F&O apps.
Bug Fixing
- Fixed a bug while importing orders in MSD F&O, the product details were missing in the F&O.
- Fixed an issue where if a customer is active and available in the F&O portal then unable to import the order successfully.
- Fixed an issue in the MSD F&O export invoice app where a user was unable to deactivate a customer from the configured list in export rules.
- Fixed an issue of creating a company from export rules where if a user enters a title then it is not shown.
- Fixed an issue of being unable to connect the MSD 365 F&O account in Destination while importing orders.
- Fixed a bug where according to product settings, the orders file has to be rejected, but here the file is getting successfully executed and, in the F&O portal, the product detail is missing.

- Fixed an issue where if the adaptor notification setting is disabled then blank notification should not shown while adaptor execution.

Ticket Module
Enhancement
- Enhanced the performance of the ticket module so that a user can load all the views faster.
- Implemented a feature to store the ticket details in the ticket so that a user has a better background information on the ticket.
- Implemented a feature to set a ticket category as a SPAM
Bug Fixing
- Fixed an issue when the user clicks on 'convert to lead' button in the ticket module then it redirects on 404 page
Unmapped solution
- Implemented a feature in our unmapped solution at the line level to delete all the lines that have been directly added through AI.
- Implemented a feature in our unmapped solution for autocorrecting the billing party's address, similar to the feature available for the supplier.
Bug Fixing
- Fixed an issue of Select all checkbox is being selected but lines are not selected, same when line unselect then select All checkbox should unselect
- Fixed a bug to show only 2 digits after the decimal point in the AI capture file
- Fixed a bug of Total amount should be zero if all item lines are deleted.
- Fixed a bug where a system should show the unit price multiplied by the quantity in Net price or in Amount.
