Support ticket changes
- Feature to send automatic reminder to customer when any ticket is in Awaiting Information for more than 6 days.
- When any ticket is in Awaiting Information for more than 6 days, then it will automatically close the ticket on 7th day.
Services overview report
- Feature to view total time spent in each ticket status like New, Open, In Progress, On Hold and Awaiting Information.
- Feature to view ticket average response time
- Feature to view execution mode in dashboard and advance search according to transactions whether it is in Production or testing
From HubBroker network changes
- Feature to select company in From HubBroker network gateway
