Access Point
Access Point in PEPPOL an Access Point is a gateway linking the OpenPEPPOL community of suppliers and their service providers with various e-procurement solutions. It is a software service provided by an Access Point Provider that enables transfer of business documents such as orders and invoices over the PEPPOL Transport Infrastructure. The Access Point Provider is responsible for establishing its own connections with its PEPPOL participants and is likely to offer a range of other services. Access Point is also used in the context of CEF e-Delivery.
